TOP is a 100% Irish-owned fuel importation and distribution business. The company is part of the Tedcastles Group which has a trading history that goes back over 200 hundred years. With annual revenues of over €1 billion, TOP Oil employs over 180 people in Ireland.
The company is probably best known for it nationwide network of 160 franchised service stations, along with a further 21 company-owned and 35 franchised oil distribution depots.
We supply the fuel requirements of a wide range of customers in agriculture, commercial institutions, hotels, the fishing and naval industries, the haulage sector and domestic home-heating users. Our retail forecourts and company-owned depots supply the fuel needs of millions of Irish motorists on a network that spans the country.
Over the last six years, TOP has invested circa €30m in its infrastructure, comprising of an upgrade of its terminal, tank farms, truck fleet, depot network and the intstallation of an ERP IT system. The company now has the most modern oil terminal and oil distribution fleet in Ireland.
In 2007 the company launched TOP Green Fuels, its greener fuels division. The company currently offers five green fuel lines - Woodpellets, Heat Logs, Clean Burn Heating Oil, Bio-Ethanol, and Dipetane.
