We want all our employees to be healthy and safe in carrying out their roles. This is why a commitment to health & safety is a top priority for us. Our HSE policy sets out our approach and commitment in this area and our HSE committee meets regularly to oversee progress. To ensure continuous improvement; this policy is put into practice through ongoing consultation, training and awareness raising, monitoring of trends and the implementation of preventative measures and a fully funded Employee Assistance Programme since 2007.

We are committed to ensuring that our facilities, our fleet and our technology are of a high standard to support our people in fulfilling their daily work. Feedback from staff has led to an ongoing investment programme in this area focusing on our I.T. Infrastructure, our regional depot facilities and ongoing fleet investment & preventative maintenance programme.
