Top Oil Castlebar has overcome intense and nationwide competition this year to win the coveted Depot of the Year Award.
There has been a great buzz of excitement and pride throughout Top Oil Castlebar since news of their win broke, late last month. “Top Oil Regional Sales Manager Clíona Ní Mhurchú was delighted to present the award to the Top Oil Castlebar Team. “This is an award that is richly deserved, as the team in Top Oil Castlebar has been through a very challenging number of years, like so many indigenous Irish businesses, but throughout it all they have stayed sharply focused on providing their customers with exceptional high standards of customer care, an extremely efficient delivery service while at the same time always committing to offering the most competitive prices on fuel. Like all great teams, the Top Oil Castlebar Team of fifteen staff has rallied together and each and every one of them should be very proud of this significant achievement . . . Maith sibh agus Comhghairdeas!”
Top Oil Castlebar will be 20 years in business next year, servicing customers throughout Mayo with domestic heating oil, commercial, agri and motor fuel. Drivers, John Barrett, Gerry Winston, Patrick Finlay, Robert Flatley & Martin Delaney are well known to provide an honest and efficient service. A recent comment on their facebook page re-iterates the service that we are proud to provide: “I want to compliment Top Oil on their excellent service and friendly, helpful staff. I switched supplier because of Top Oil prices but I will be staying for their exceptional customer service. Top marks to Ann, Joanna, Helen, Colette, Mark & Jerome”.
To celebrate the win staff enjoyed a night at The People of the Year Awards in Dublin in December where they mingled with celebrities and were presented the coveted cup by Gráinne Seoige.
Tom Waldron, Top Oil Business Development Manager for Mayo was thrilled on learning of the Castlebar victory adding ‘’because so much time and effort has been put into the business over the last decade, it is extremely satisfying for everyone involved to see the fruits of all our hard work pay such a handsome dividend. Top Oil Castlebar has not only become the largest oil distributor in the locality but also in the county serviced with depots in Ballina, Claremorris and Belmullet. We are so proud of the fact that our depot, which is fiercely focused on supporting the local community, has been presented with this National Award for achieving the highest of standards. It it is because of these very high standards, the reliability of the service offered by Top Oil, the quality of our products and due to the integrity, diligence and commitment of the entire Top Oil Team employed here in County Mayo that we are seeing consistent and substantial growth in our Top Oil Service Stations network, Top Oil Fuel Card business, Commercial and Home Heating Oil sales.’’
