		At TOP we have developed a budget plan payment that will allow you to spread the cost of your heating over the entire year. When you sign up to Budget Plan you can order when you need it and pay over a number of months, allowing you to budget your fuel bill and avoids large fuel bills when you least expect them. Its free to join and easy to understand and most importantly, there are no interest charges on your payments.

		How does it work
		When you join TOP Budget Plan you agree to pay an initial deposit of €300 on your first order, and a minimum of €150 per month into your Budget Plan account, payable by Direct Debit. When you order your next fill of fuel, the cost of the fill will be deducted from your Budget Plan account balance – this means sometimes your account will be in debit and sometimes it will be in credit. You will receive a monthly balance statement and twice a year our accounts department will review your payments against purchases and let you know where you stand.

		How do I sign up
		Signing up couldn't be easier – simply fill in the details on the enquiry form link and we will forward you an application form and free post envelope. Alternatively, go to our Location page and click on the details of your nearest depot to call and request an application form.

On receipt of your completed application we will contact you to set up your account and arrange delivery of your home heating oil.
